Method of Payment

Payment may be made by Master Card or Visa by using our secure shopping cart provided by Paypal. (Please do not email us your credit card information).We do not take credit cards over the telephone. Credit card payments are made through the Paypal shopping cart.

Currency

Prices are quoted in Australian dollars. Your credit card company or bank will convert the amount paid into the currency used in your country or go to www.x-rates.com

Guarantee

Should your carving arrive damaged you must contact us immediately and we will provide instructions for the return of the carving and appropriate refund or exchange.

• Overseas (Express Post Parcel)

Charges within Australia

• Carvings less that 450grams - $10
• Carvings over 450grams - $20
• Carvings with purchase price greater than $300 - postage free

Charges Overseas

• Carvings with purchase price less than $300 - $20
• Carvings with purchase price greater than $300 - postage free

Authenticity

All carving stone used is from Archaean Gems‚ mining lease in the Pilbara region of north-west Australia and has been mapped by the Geological Survey with an estimated age of 3,000 million years.
